There are many homes
and condos to rent here in the Coachella Valley. Many offer golf,
tennis, swimming pools or access to spas, horse-riding, hiking
and biking trails and more.
High Season begins
in November, December and the peak of the High Season includes
January, February and March. Seasonal rates are much higher generally
then long-term rates, and ideally should be planned in advance.
Long-term rentals generally
begin at around $1200 per month, whereas seasonal rents generally begin
at around $2000 and higher, in many of the communities. Obviously in the luxury communities the rates are generally higher.
For example, the house
that offers this view in the Indian Springs Golf and Country Club
commands $5500 per month during season. The house next to it rents
out at only $1400 per month off-Season.

Every day as I pick the girls up from school or when we are out and about and are on our way home, I am amazed at the beauty that is La Quinta! I still cannot believe how wonderful it is here. I have met alot of the neighbors and they are so nice!
The girls and I love the house too and its yard! It is so great not to have to mow anything! It truly feels like home and I'm so grateful that we found it. They are all doing well in school. In fact they are doing a whole lot better in school then they were when we were in Billings, it's amazing. The youngest one actually is getting straight A's and her goal in life is to go to Harvard. That to me is amazing because at the age of 11, I had never even heard of Harvard or knew of its importance.
